Add radon testing to your home inspection or contact Liberty Home Inspectors about a separate test. Steve Cmielewski holds NJDEP Radon Measurement Technician certification MET15618 and serves Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, Mercer and Burlington counties.

A radon test measures the level during the sampling period. Test placement, building conditions and access for setup and retrieval matter, so contact Steve before your inspection date to coordinate the test and receive preparation instructions. Radon testing is a separate service from a visual home inspection.

After testing is completed, you receive the radon results for the property. Timing depends on the testing process and any laboratory processing required. Have an inspection or closing deadline? Include it in your request so scheduling and reporting expectations can be discussed.
